About this honey
The bees build this comb in shallow frames without wires, and we cut it out in squares the week it is capped. Nothing is done to it after that.
Eat it as it is, on sourdough, or with a hard cheese. The wax is edible and chews like a soft sweet.
“The heather honey is the only one my father says tastes like the hills he grew up on. It arrives set like a jelly, exactly as the note in the box said it would.”
